K.
Kat Sullivan’s music career started at the ripe age of four, when her preschool music teacher flagged down her mom at pickup and said, “There’s just something different about this one.” She learned songs fast, sang in tune, and clearly had no plans of being quiet anytime soon.
Pretty soon, a piano landed in the living room, and she hasn’t stopped tinkering since. By sixth grade, Kat had joined her first band, and the rest is history.
From sneaking in the side door of the Idiot on school nights to sing with Bobby and John, to spending her high school years playing some of the best stages in Toledo, Kat was learning from all the right people in all the right places.
A “brief” 20-year detour leading church music took her out of the bars and onto a different kind of stage, but the spark never left. Now she’s back, ready to shake off the dust and reconnect with the music that started it all: rock, soul, pop…her lightning in a bottle.
Over the years, Kat has worked with Grammy-nominated band Sanctus Real, Grammy-winning producer Paul David Allen, producer Jake Rye, and more- performing everywhere from packed venues of thousands to tiny local bars across the country.
Currently performing with The Snapbacks, an emerging project featuring members of The Skittle Bots and 56 Daze, Kat continues to bring her signature mix of rock, personality, and grit to every stage she steps on.
Available for solo, duo, or trio bookings, Kat delivers a show that’s equal parts heart, humor, and unforgettable moments.
